Recently, SYMAX gained the China Southwest Light Industry EXPO City project. It’s the newly established Chongqing Branch who won this project, which marks the substantial progress of the market development work.
China Southwest Light Industry EXPO City is located in Port-surrounding Economic Development Zone, next to the south fast channel, Yibin City, Sichuan Province. It’s in the centre of the Port-surrounding Economic Development Zone and is the focus of the planning area.
It has a Market planning land of 1300 mu and building area of 1.1 million square meters, with a total investment of RMB3.6 billion yuan. China Southwest Light Industry EXPO City mainly engaged in light boutique, home decoration materials, hardware, electronics, automobile and motorcycle parts, and clean energy. It’s an comprehensive, multi-functional, modern and large-scale new concept of trade and logistics center that integrates wholesale, retail, display, warehousing, logistics, casual dining and entertainment, business office, star hotel, settlement and information service center. The first phase of the project planned to occupy a market land of 250 mu, building area of 200000 square meters, with the investment of RMB 700 million yuan. It was planned to be completed in December 2013.
The project was developed by Yibin Yilian Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd., with a total order of 54 lifts, including 34 escalators, 4 machine room-less freight lifts, 6 machine room-less panoramic lifts, and Dingtai passenger lifts for the rest.
