Celebrating the Festival of Workers - Symax Win the Commend of "May Day" Festival from the District Federation of Trade Unions

With the approaching of the 128th International Labor Day, the Xishan District Federation of Trade Unions in Wuxi held a grand celebration of "May Day" in the party school of Xishan district committee in the morning of April 28. The Symax Lift won two titles - “Worker Vanguard” and "Model Local Union". The meeting began in the passionate national anthem. 

The Xishan District Federation of Trade Unions extended greetings to all hardworking workers in Xishan District, and then announced the decision of praising those advanced individuals and organizations who won "Xishan Golden Worker", "Technical Operations Master", "Top Ten Best Ideas", "Worker Vanguard" and "Model Local Union", etc. In the recognition, Symax Lift (China) Co., Ltd. obtained two team awards: the Sales Support Department of Marketing Center and the Symax Lift Trade Union won the titles of "Worker Vanguard" and "Model Local Union" respectively. 

After restructuring of departments and staff at the end of 2012, the Sales Support Department of Marketing Center became an important part of the marketing system in a short period. All colleagues of the Department had high morale to actively promote the sales work more standardized and reasonable, and to be determined to provide comprehensive internal support for regional sales. Half members of the Department were born in 1990s. They were positive, optimistic, diligent and committed. Under unremitting efforts and hardworking, this team won the wide recognition and trust of sales of the branch company, effectively promoting the quick turn around and implementation of sales contracts, and timely and effectively providing quick support for the various requirements of regional sales. 

The Company Trade Union is the home of basic-level employees. It is committed to promoting the staff quality, improving the rights protection mechanism, improving the long-term support system for difficult employees and developing employees' sense of ownership of enterprise. The Trade Union actively built platform for staff training to create learning organization; paid attention to appraise and select the most outstanding employees to form the model culture; carried out various tourism activities and developed entertaining activities, etc. to enrich the spare time life of employees; and conducted charitable donations and caring activities to reflect humanistic care. The planning and organization of a series of employee activities effectively led and encouraged employees to be the main force of "enterprise development", perfectly built a harmonious relationship between labors and capital, and promoted the construction of enterprise culture, providing a guarantee for the enterprise to develop towards the fast lane. 

The recognition of District Federation of Trade Unions and acquisition of honorary titles were highly affirmation for our efforts in enterprise team building and enterprise culture construction. Also, the setting up of advanced models created conditions for further exploring internal action model and promoting the model culture.
