Concerted Effort, Forever Achievements, Tenacious Struggle and Invincibleness — First-batch Salesmen Outward Bound Training 2015 of SYMAX LIFT (CHINA)

On Apr. 25, 2015, SYMAX LIFT (CHINA) CO., LTD. carried out outward bound training of partial salesmen, with subject of “Concerted Effort, Forever Achievements, Tenacious Struggle and Invincibleness”, in Wuxi Anzhen Agri-Expo Garden.  
This training was divided into five themes: icebreaking, unity being strength, blind men touching an elephant, batting in upper air and posting the book. Every salesman is a member of Symax; however, they are usually distributed in various cities and are unfamiliar with each other, and even some of them have never met before. Therefore, in “icebreaking” link, at the beginning of training, everyone seemed a bit restrained at a loss. Through a series of warm-up activities, trainees gradually eliminated the estrangement, and team building was completed. In “unity being strength” link, cohesion between team members further increased. Most of our salesmen are dispersed in regions across the country, and simultaneously inherent job characteristics of sales decides that they are more suitable for fighting alone with lack of team communication and cooperation as well as listening skills.



In “blind men touching an elephant” link, salesmen gradually transited to unified command and compliance with management from expression of their own opinions and standing their own array. In the link, salesmen gradually comprehended the meaning behind activities, e.g., how to efficiently pass on a message, how to learn efficient listening, how to efficiently transpose consideration, and how to make effective message elaboration to different crowds.

In “batting in upper air” link, our salesmen gave play to their own huge potential again, conquered their inner fear, and successfully challenge themselves. Our female colleagues were also excellent as male colleagues, advanced bravely, fought courageously, and deserved our pride of them.


Challenge is bigger and bigger? How to face unfairness with positive attitude and energy? Details determine success or failure, and then what decides details? What is called execution? How to efficiently execute? As sales, what are resources, and what meaning resources are for us? In what case to innovate? What meaning innovation is for sales? These questions were better interpreted in final link “posting the book”. Through this bound training, our salesmen also acquired more comprehension and harvest. We believe they will have more outstanding performance in future work.


At last, first-batch salesmen bound training of SYMAX LIFT (CHINA) CO., LTD. ended in a satisfactory way. We are looking forward to salesmen’s splendid performance in next training.
